From Malawi to the world It takes one person one week to make a single Malawi Chair. After that the artisans use bicycles to transport the furniture to the trucks, and then to the warehouse and quality control facility in Limpopo, Tzaneen. From there we send out containers to the world.

Handwoven by artisans in Malawi, each headboard takes up to five days to complete. All made start-to-finish in a fair trade environment.

Since each headboard is crafted by hand, each piece is truly one of a kind. Please expect some variation in size and shape.
